How Does G.E.T. Work?
Good question! In this short video, noted glutathione expert Dr. Jimmy Gutman explains…
What We Know For Sure
In the sea of health and wellness products, Glutathione Enhancement Therapy significantly stands out. The small group of individuals that contribute content to Inflammation911.com have literally tried or researched hundreds (maybe thousands) of supplements, herbs, diets, etc. and never have we seen such comprehensive health and healing benefits.
Obviously, we were impressed. Prior to our introduction to G.E.T., we had seen products with patents, a few that were listed in the PDR and none that had received Nutraceutical classification. This product had all three of those things and more.
Can G.E.T. Work For You?
Our experience is that those who are suffering from a degenerative illness, such as those caused by chronic inflammation, show the the most significant improvements when they begin to significantly enhance their glutathione levels with bioactive whey protein.
We all need help in the three areas that glutathione is instrumental:
Antioxidant activity Immune response system Detoxification of tissues and cells
That means that along with the tremendous inflammation fighting benefits a person receives when increased levels of glutathione enhance antioxidant activity, they also are greatly benefited by a powerful immune system boost which prevent illness and disease and a cellular level cleansing of toxins and poisons that may have been stubbornly lurking deep inside the body. This healthy “triple play” convinced us to focus our education and consultation effort on Glutathione Enhancement Therapy and directly related supplements.
Our Recommendation
We know you have many challenges and choices as you cope with the illnesses and disease you and your family face. We provide this recommendation in good faith and hope that you seriously consider the information presented in the videos above. We recommend that you try G.E.T. for 3 months. It has been our experience that, in 3 months, the health benefits brought by boosting intracellular glutathione levels are easily seen and felt. In many cases, the healthy transformation is almost beyond belief.

Hello,
I notice that Immunotec is selling also a cream and a tooth paste product containing Immunocal. Can Immunocal be transdermal and benefit the cells with which it comes in contact directly without having to pass through the liver?
Thank you for your answer,
Avigdor Ne’eman

Avigdor,
That is an excellent question. I am aware of the products you mention, however, we at Inflammation911.com have not sufficiently researched other Immunotec products such as the toothpaste and face cream, we focus our content on cardiovascular disease and Type 2 diabetes.
I would recommend asking Dr. Jimmy Gutman at the next live MedLine. He is an expert in the field of glutathione and has thoroughly researched the various applications of Immunocal’s undenatured whey protein product, even it’s transdermal applications.
Please visit the page labeled Live Events for the information.
Thanks for your question!

Thank you for your information on Immunocal. I have been on the product for two months now and have had amazing results.
My symptoms were, Carpel Tunnel, sore hip (beginning Arthritis), severe constipation, severely fatigued, terrible allergies (medicate at least twice a day) and bad sinus headaches. This is all I can remember for right now, anyway!
The knot on my wrist from the Carpel Tunnel is almost gone and so is the soreness. My arm and wrist was so tender I couldn’t even lift anything with my hand or move my thumb without pain. There is absolutely no pain in my hip, I stopped taking naps in the middle of the day and I’m very energetic, I take a sinus tablet once every four days instead of twice daily. (I’ve been on sinus medication since I was eight years old….I’m 50 now).
Also, my constipation still exists, but is not as severe. I’ve stopped taking laxatives. If you can recommend anything else for me for constipation please do so. I don’t think I’ve had but one sinus flare-up with the bad headache and it went away in about an hour. These headaches usually last all day and all night and I have to take Tylenol to relieve the pain. I am VERY impressed with the product. I cannot afford to take the two recommended packs a day, so I am only taking one pack along with the Omega-3 from Immunotec Research.
I also take their product called X-Tra Sharp which is an energy booster. My whole life has changed. I feel and look great. I was very excited to come across your website and have called a few friends to check it out.
Keep up the great work. Oh I forgot to tell you that two weeks ago I sprang my left ankle. It swelled up and had a huge knot on the side the size of a large tomato. But I only had a little pain. When I woke up the next morning I just knew I’d probably have to go to the emergency room ( I have sprung this ankle twice before) but the pain and the swelling were gone! This was truly amazing to me based on my past experiences with this same ankle. I have a few friends that are on the product for Arthritis. Their results are astounding.

Hi!
There is a skin whitening craze here in Asia and it is widely believed that taking oral glutathione supplements will produce such effect (something about how it reverses dark melanin pigments and reduces melanin producing melanocytes).
Is there any medical basis for this statement or is it just a well phrased marketing strategy hiding under the skirt of medical jargon?
I’d appreciate the clarification. Thanks.

Vivien,
Thanks for the question… It is interesting that people on your side of the world want to lighten their skin while people over here use tanning creams to darken their skin. Hmm…
To answer your question… Immunocal raises intra-cellular glutathione levels. Higher glutathione levels have been shown to boost the immune system, detoxify the body on a cellular level and serve as a powerfully protective antioxidant.
Immunocal will not change the color of the skin.
The products you mention which are being promoted as glutathione supplements are suspect because glutathione must be either produced by the body itself or taken intravenously. The glutathione in a supplement will not make it through the digestive system without being denatured (damaged). Any good effects the glutathione would have had are neutralized when it it meets your digestive enzymes.
Hope that helps…

I have just started to research Glutathione therapy after having it recommended by a Dr for treatment of an autoimmune condition. I would be interested in trying Immunocal but don’t know if it will agree with me as I don’t tolerate the caseine in dairy products and it is whey based. Please advise.

I have an autoimmune disease called polymyositis. Will immunocal/glutathione work for me?

I want to comment on the question raised by Margorie Taylor.
Immunocal is not a caseine dairy product. It is a whey protein isolate.
Many of its regular users who have autoimmune diseases have benefitted by raising GSH levels. I am one of them.
